1. Acceptance
By opening an account or using the Nova Crest International Bank platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the service
NCIB is a demonstration platform. It is not a licensed financial institution and does not hold, invest, or transfer real funds. All account numbers, balances, and transactions are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Account eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to open an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
5. AML & compliance
We reserve the right to restrict any account pending Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification when suspicious or high-value activity is detected.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCIB disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
